Considering the elements of our quality system that also affect customer perception, including everything from the attitude of our technical support staff to the invoice our customers receive in the mail, quality does involve everything in our business.

What is a Quality System?

A quality system is a dynamic group of activities, people, information and materials that converge to create a product. The system can exist in a loose format hardly recognizable as a system or can be very detailed and well defined. Regardless of the system's nature, our product's quality will be either good or bad.

At Carlson Formetec our quality system is structured to include all of our personnel as well as every aspect of our organization. The system is well defined, well documented and each of our employees know their part and fully contribute to product quality each day. Our system is currently approved to AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 by TUV – USA.
