Carlson Formetec has developed the following Quality Policy governing activities within our Quality Management System. The policy has been created, is administered, and is fully supported by the management group at Carlson Formetec.

We will exceed our customer’s requirements and expectations by empowering our team to take action that insures constant improvement in all that we do!”
Quality Objectives: By implementing the quality management system described in this manual Carlson Formetec shall strive to meet the following criteria:
· Maintain on-time delivery at 99% - measured monthly
· Maintain customer rejections at zero – All customer rejections will be formally documented for examination during management review activities.
· React to employee or customer suggestions, ideas and/or complaints in a documented and objective manner within 48 hours of receipt.
· A process improvement team with full support of management will facilitate continuous improvement activities. Continuous improvement activities will be documented, reviewed monthly by management and communicated to the entire organization.
· Management will meet monthly to review and report on the status of the quality management system.
· Show continuous measurable improvement in the implemented AS9100 based quality system annually.
· Plan for and demonstrate measurable strategic growth, growth will be measured on an annual basis through increases in customers, sales dollars, major projects and employees |
